A couple of days ago I went to a Mariah Carey concert. She sang a song that I loved. I would like to share its lyrics. The song’s name is Hero.

Next week we will celebrate Thanksgiving. I give thanks for that hero that lives within me. That hero who always accompanies me, who helps me make decisions. To say yes and to say no. To stay healthy and feel safe. That hero who allows me to give myself permission to make mistakes and to correct them. Also to have fun, to love myself, and to love others.
