Some time ago I read a book called “The mountain is you.” The book talks about the mountain as the obstacle between us and the life we want to live so the only way to face that obstacle is by climbing the mountain. At this point in my life I want to think that I am close to the top. Goggle says that “the most difficult part of a mountain, in terms of climbing, is usually the high altitude area, with extreme weather conditions and challenging technical terrain.” Climbing the mountain is a great challenge. It takes physical and mental preparation, the necessary equipment, safety since it can be dangerous, but above all respect for the mountain. Mountain climbing strengthens us, makes us more flexible and resistant, and increases our physical and mental capacity.
The view from the top, this is the most important point of this message: to be able to look at both sides. From the top you can appreciate the difficulty of the path traveled to get there and also all the possibilities of what the landscape offers. And what follows will be going downhill!
